As an alum or donor, an account has already been created for you. Before you can log into the portal, you'll need to set a new password.  Once you've done that, you'll be able to log into Pioneer Connection through the Returning Users section.

To set a new password:

• In the section for New Users, please enter your email address and we'll send you a message with your username and a link to set a new password. 
• If the email address you enter is not recognized, please send us a note at advancement@csueastbay.edu and we will be happy to help!
