Women in Leadership

The Women in Leadership Program is an academia-industry collaboration that provides students with significant and high impact learning experiences with insights from industry leaders. These social entrepreneurs use their leadership skills, working alongside their mentors to apply their learning to real-world social impact projects. WIL program elements for students include mentoring, a seminar course on leadership, and a social entrepreneurship leadership project.
